lime green explosion & free randomness

having a flu is damn retarded. it always comes at the time that we don't want. like a day before an inter-class game, or a few days before major exams. i f***ing hate it cos the sore throat is never spared as well. it's always making me feel rotten whenever i'm doing something alone. every exam/CA since s4 has been like ruined cos of some last-minute sickness or similar. the worse was last year's geography paper, i had so much nausea in excess (due to gastric flu) that i couldn't even move my hand to write or i risk turning my paper into a horrible mess.

on the brighter side, i realised that, after banking in my money today, i have $350! okay, that isn't exactly alot, but it's the only amount i have complete control over. the larger portions of my dollars are managed by someone else. speaking of $350, that's exactly half the amount i need for a stock maverick 5.0, like mentioned earlier. hopefully more people donate generously so i can have my birthday wish fulfilled! haha.

i was browsing through my 'pod and i discovered lots of nice tracks to pump up the adrenalin on any fast moving bike. mostly metal, heavy alt-rock and anthems depending on the terrain and distance and stuff. i guess something on the lines of avenged sevenfold would do the job perfectly on long, flat road marathons, where the extremely long melodic solos would make the world seem so much bigger. for trail rides like bukit timah hill or similar i figured that metallica/nickleback/the used would suffice. imagine flying over trenches with 'enter sandman' ringing in your head. whoa. i can feel it already.


ok what i've mentioned is the most random thing i've ever done. i guess it's just the sake of filling up my posts and bringing me one step closer to the 100-post anniversary! i promise my 100th post will be interesting so watch this space.


....other than that, nothing much else is stuck in my head. in fact there is so little i shall type it in chronological order here.
