after 2 whole weeks of planning and discussions we have finally come up with a set date for the class chalet. apparently, we have chosen 2-4 november (assuming that no one has last minute plans). changi's the place to be, considering its huge size and the number of people we have. next issue is, what are we gonna do there? discussion shall take place soon. but hopefully those slots aren't already taken or we're screwed. in fact, i shall have a look at the slots RIGHT NOW.
okay it seems that it has to be pushed all the way back to december instead. i was so pissed looking through the bookings only to realise that everything was fully booked for november. what the hell.
okay. so now it's in december. this is irritating. i wonder what we're gonna do the whole of november. maybe i should take up a job, or go for a course: photography, biking, drums, guitar, etc? well i'm sure there's plenty of time over these last 3 weeks of school to ponder.
went to liquid kitchen about 3 hours ago. basically a small gathering for the few of us who were done with our promos. shannon and i had a vodka housepour with peach, dawn had a chocolate martini and duane had a cup of VANILLA ICE CREAM T.T
having 20% off all drinks from 4pm to 9pm, the prices weren't too bad. the bill came up to (if i remember correctly) $27.40. pretty okay for four people. after drinks, the reactions were quite interesting. shannon, as usual, wanted more drinks while dawn couldn't exactly walk/stand properly and felt sleepy. i plainly felt that i had just finished a $7 glass of peach juice. what a waste of money. but then again, i have decided to stick closely with my anti-alcohol plans as much as possible so i won't touch any 151s soon.
in fact, i am feeling quite sleepy now. but the fact that we couldn't get a chalet on the set time still irks and bothers me. i even have NYAA trips to go for before the actual class chalet. alright i shall stop complaining (although i have every right to do so since i tried so hard to plan it all).
as for updates, well, everything's pretty routine. my life's been boring since.
-71% of need for speed carbon completed, but i was cheating cos i bought a pagani zonda F so not counted
-fixed up and repaired bike. squeaky sound removed from headset. needs new brakes and definitely some form of weight reduction. oh, and white-walled rims would be good.
and...that's about everything i can think of now. i'm quite stoned actually.
28 days later. 28 days = 1 month.
